This site reports our activity as working group and the aim of our project, i.e. to create an international network of treatment centres in order to share the experiences of clinicians around the world and to collect data on-line by means of standardized questionnaires

In the last decade, there has been an increased international interest in women with inherited bleeding disorders. This has led to considerable progress in the identification of obstetric and gynaecological problems in these women and raising clinical awareness amongst their care providers. However many issues remain unresolved.

This site, for patients and doctors, presents the latest pertinent data from scientific literature regarding the gynaecological problems of women with bleeding disorders, especially menorrhagia.

The main goal of the project is prevent and/or reduce morbidity associated with bleeding disorders among women. This ambitious objective can be achieved by means of collaboration among haematologists, obstetrician-gynaecologists.
